Being founder and MD of Moti Infrastructures, Chandan Kumar came up with the concept of creating townships in heart of the Ranchi city through the urban development model, After succesfully giving his 8 years in the field of real estate development Chandan Kumar along with his partner Ranjan Kumar who has been with him in this field for 5 years decided to bring up a revolution in real estate business with their concept and innovative model of sustainable living.
